All quotes provided are estimates based on the project details you provide. Additional fees may apply if the scope of work changes, which will be communicated in advance.
1.2 Service Scheduling
Project timelines are provided based on current schedules and resource availability. We make every effort to accommodate client preferences but cannot guarantee specific scheduling due to weather and other external factors.
2. Payments and Billing
2.1 Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes in Utah. Prices are subject to change; however, any agreed-upon prices for quoted projects will be honored.
2.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee. Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, or direct bank transfer.
2.3 Refunds
Refunds are not available for completed services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
3. Service Warranty
We are committed to quality and stand by our work. If you experience issues with our work within 30 days of project completion due to workmanship or materials, we will address the problem at no additional cost.
4. Liability and Limitations
4.1 Liability Disclaimer
Bass Pavement is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
4.2 Client Responsibility
The client must ensure that the worksite is accessible and free of obstacles on the scheduled service date. Bass Pavement is not liable for delays caused by restricted access or obstructions at the worksite.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Bass Pavement reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property
